Yes! Cleanings, exams, fluoride, and X-rays are covered at 100% of the contracted fee schedule when you visit an in-network provider — so you get the most savings on your care.
Two routine cleanings every 12 months are fully covered. If you need periodontal cleanings after treatment, they’re covered every 3 months — just not more than two total cleanings in a year.
Preventive care like cleanings and exams, is covered at 100%. Basic and major dental services are also covered, with generous annual benefit limits, starting at $2,000.
